Chelsea Retirement Community’s skilled nursing program treats a wide range of
medical, nursing, and rehabilitation needs.
Many of our patients have been recently hospitalized
and need more time to recover before returning home. Others seek short-term
treatment for conditions that don’t require a hospital stay. Whatever the need,
we provide comprehensive medical services and expert rehabilitation
professionals.
Compassionate care — Our staff provides skilled and compassionate care in a way that is respectful, encouraging, and understanding of each patient’s particular needs. Together with your physician, our dedicated staff of expert nurses and therapists will work hard to help you achieve the fastest and most complete recovery possible.
A place to heal — At your request, our staff is also available to help you cope with the emotional and spiritual challenges of your recovery. Prior to discharge, we will help you connect with the community resources and assistance you need to return home or to another setting.

Continuous Care Suites
Chelsea Retirement Community’s Continuous Care Suites offer an attractive and
affordable residential option to seniors who need everyday help with personal
care such as bathing, grooming, dressing and dining, but don’t want to give up
their independence.
Home-like suites— Spacious, private suites allow residents to get the help they need without sacrificing privacy and freedom. Suites feature plenty of space for the resident’s own furniture, art and personal items.
Personal service— Our care attendants are carefully selected for their compassionate
nature and commitment to personal service. Around the clock, they are here to
help residents with personal care, housekeeping and other unique individual
needs.
