The Executive Director will be responsible for all aspects of the Cedars of Dexter Campus (including operations and resident services, as well as marketing and sales).
This position will provide residents with routine daily assisted living care in accordance with our mission statement, established procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisors. Such care will be delivered with an emphasis on the value of providing quality customer service to all residents, family members, co-workers, volunteers, visitors, and other service professionals. Resident Care Assistant will assist residents with personal care; light housekeeping; passing of bathing; dressing and undressing; ambulating; toileting; assistance with meals and nourishment's; and personal hygiene. Must have the ability to provide quality assistance to the residents in a professional and caring manner.
This position will prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. The cook will review menus prior to preparation of food; assist in serving and preparing meals; coordinate dietary service with other departments as necessary; assure that all dietary procedures are followed; assume the authority, responsibility and accountability as Lead Cook in their absence; and prepare food for therapeutic diets.
This position will provide your residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with our mission statement, established nursing care procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisors. Such care will be delivered with an emphasis on the value of providing quality customer service to all residents, family members, co-workers, volunteers, visitors, and other service professionals. CENAs will assist residents with personal care; passing of bathing; dressing and undressing; ambulating; toileting; assistance with meals and nourishment's; and personal hygiene. Must have the ability to provide quality assistance to the residents in a professional and caring manner.
This position will provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to oversee the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. All work must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Head Nurse to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

This position will assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis; serve food in accordance with established therapeutic menu i.e. portion control, diet orders, diet consistency, etc. per department established policies and procedure; collect meal orders, distribute, collect and tally resident menus as required; responsible for creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests. The dietary aides will perform assigned tasks before and after meal service; set up, cleaning, wash dishes, glasses and utensils; sweeping and mopping floors as directed and scheduled and assist cooks in preparing meals as needed.
